My number was changed for the second time without anyone telling us than we where told we needed to deal with it because our number was given to someone else! I want our number back no I will not deal with it! I pay $200.00 a month if I was to say i'm not paying my bill deal with it I would lose my service wouldn't I! I have been dealing with this for a long time with different issues and sorry just is not acceptable any more! I have a son that waits for our number to be approved before he can call home I want my number back tell the new customer that you gave my number to that is not even hooked up yet to deal with it!!! Give me a year of completely free service than maybe I can deal with it but don't hang up on me or forget to call me back or keep me on the phone for hours and just expect me to deal with it!
