NOT ONLY WAS THE FOOD PORTION A HORRIFYING EXPERIENCE BUT THE RESPONSES OF THE WAITRESS AND THE MANAGER WERE VERY TACKY AND UNPROFESSIONAL.
THE WAITRESS RESPONDED "THAT IS WHY I DON'T EAT HERE." THEN THE MANAGER RESPONDED WITH AN "OH WELL" ATTITUDE. HE ALSO ACTED LIKE HE WAS OFFENDED THAT I WOULD BRING THIS ISSUE TO HIS ATTENTION. I GATHERED MY FAMILY AND IMMEDIATELY DEPARTED FROM THE RESTAURANT.

I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED A SITUATION LIKE THIS AT APPLEBEE'S. THE LACK OF CONCERN BY YOUR EMPLOYEES WAS VERY OFFENSIVE.
PLEASE NOTE THAT I DID CONTACT THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT. I AM ALSO CONTACTING YOU BECAUSE I THINK THAT YOU SHOULD BE AWARE OF THIS UNSANITARY INCIDENT AS WELL AS THE POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE OFFERED BY YOUR STAFF.
