Dear Sir/Ma'am,

This is a general feed back i found from the Mc Donald's internal employees that their is no respect of hardwork, workmanship than the monopoly of bosses by promoting their favourable employees than the talented one.their is no strickct guide lines to analyse restaurant management team, that is why bosses always take the advantage of promoting their favourable employees who love to butter them. Knowledge & experience is not the criteria of promoting people but the term "need" is the criteria of their developement, that clearly give them chance to do what ever they want to do. now the question is that how I know about the Mc Donald's Imployee. So, I'm having 03 friend working in Mc donald's as a part of Restaurant Operation Management team & few other by them. while we collecotively enjoying our time, i feel most of them are feeling over pressurised in their work & the most important thing that pained me alot is their feeling of getting promoted by buttering of their bosses but not by their inteligence,work effeciency & experience.
Actually they are told to show case more rather than what they are doing. if any operation consultant will demand like that to their subordinate & he used to promote the people always say "YES" to them & butter him in all the aspect & passing their most of time in preparing presentation to impress to their seniors rather than focusing on restaurant operation.

I was really shocked looking this, what will happen to the company who will have such employees with them. this is the situation of one of the north india restaurant.If this will not stopped then i think you will loose most of your faithful employees who love to do hard work & gain result rather than doing buttering.
