I took an online survey today, 5/7/09, and the person who did those things was not this individual. I have been sent to so many different people daily, I realized that was the not the day this happened. It was not simply one incident of it, however, this one person, I still hear his voice, which appeared to be the same voice in 2 circumstances in the property claims division of your organization.

It is important to me that this person is not rated based on that survey as that person was professional, extremely knowledgeable, and restores my faith in what I will coin as, getting back to "the business of business."
