I purchased 4 new Douglas tires for my 2005 sebring and was assured by the dealer that they were a good wearing,quiet tire. The whine inside the car is deafening and has nothing to do with a lack of soundproofing. The car came with Goodyear tires and there was virtually no tire noise inside the vehicle.
