G'Day,

I have a 4 year old Vermont Castings BBQ Model No. VC0680AP-NP, Serial number 0223050224, Product code 642391025875 which was purchased 4 years ago and the cast iron base (part No. PX000205) is broken at the right hand hinge of the cover.

I contacted my local dealer who said that the part is no longer available. I called the Canadian and USA support number on the warranty document and the phone numbers are discontinued and I cannot find a phone number or email contact information on the www.vermontcastings.com web site to contact for support. How can I obtain a replacement part which I believe is covered under warranty>
