I was told I would have HD-TV before I purchased
DIRECTV . I was shocked after purchasing your product to learn HD-TV was not in my area when I was told it was. You then recommended that I buy additional equipment from you. I did. Your technicians came out repeatedly to fix problem. Months later we have given up.
