My Paypal account was locked out last week. I just bought something through Live Cashback and want to pay via Paypal, but I forgot that I had been blocked from logging into my account. I was trying to get help from a live agent the other night but had to go. She told me my account had been blocked. I filled out Paypal box with user name, email address, phone number, street address--maybe 10 times the other day and 3 times tonight. I never receive the emails (I use hotmail--I have had the same email address with my Paypal account for years. Never had trouble before). I don't want to lose my EBay discount by not paying with Paypal. THIS IS COSTING ME MONEY because I can't log in, can't get a live agent (it's a Sunday night)and have not received any emails with links to reset password even though I've tried countless times. WHAT GIVES PAYPAL! I have been a good customer for a long time.
