I purchased a 3 year extended warranty on my Schwinn 438 Elliptical Trainer through Mercantila.com on December 8, 2006. The warranty I purchased is with UTS. I need to schedule a service repair and can't get anyone on the line. Please contact me to let me know how to schedule the maintenance. Thank you.
