I applied for a modification with Chase. I was told that I did qualify. Chase sent me a package to complete a one page document and to send back that page and supporting documents. I did jusy that. Two weeks later I received a letter stating my modification was no longer valid because they hadn't received my package. I called and the guy I spoke with told me they did have it and the case would be reopen. Two weeks later I got a letter stating my home was accelerate to forclosure and was turned over to an attorney. Call ed Chase and spoke with a lady who claim they didn't have my papers. I do not want to lose my home. Please help!
