I recently tried to buy 7 tickets to a Celtics game. Because Stubhub allows a single set of tickets to be listed multiple times, I was mislead into thinking there were seven tickets available when there were only six. After I purchased three and realized there weren't actually seven available, I called Stubhub to complain. Customer service was both unhelpful and patronizing, even though it was clear that they were in the wrong. I have begun posting a description of my experience at various websites, and I plan to continue to express my negative opinion of Stubhub online and to friends until these issues are satisfactorily addressed. I hope to hear from you.
