I just spoke to Christine of Microsoft 's Customer Service in Redmond about a problem upgrading to Windows 7. She was most unhelpful, uncooperative, and impolite. Kindly have her supervisor or team leader make it clear to her that she lives off Microsft's customers' money and that she owes each and every customer excellent and courteous service.
