Greetings from Mission to the Children,
Before writing to you I have tried all the Microsoft options and have talked to people all over the world and no person seems to be able to help. I simply get sent elsewhere and dropped and sent on and dropped and so forth. Please help me.
#1, I am a missionary in the Dominican Republic
#2. My bank is in New Hampshire

#5 My isp number, of course is in the Dominican Republic, where I am a missionary
#6, I am American and speak English. All my computers are in English

The Problem:
#1. I had my computer rebuilt and the company put a non legal Vista in the computer. This is normal in this country
#2. I tried to buy the fix kit from Microsoft after Microsoft told me I was not legal. I clicked on your link and filled in the correct info to buy and pay $199.00
#3. The Microsoft system told me my address was not correct and that I needed to put in the correct address. I did this several times and then called the number listed on the site. The tech. also told me my address was incorrect and he could not help me. I asked for a number to call and he gave me an 800 number. I cannot call 800 numbers from here and he had no other number. We parted with no solution for you and for me.
#4. Several weeks later Microsoft again informed me that I was illegal and should buy the repair kit for vista. I again went to the site and fount that Microsoft system had me listed as the Dominican Republic. I entered my Florida address and zip code but could not change the state to United States so I let it be hoping it would go to the Florida address. The payment was accepted.
#5. Several weeks later I received a call from DHL shipping in Santo Domingo asking where I was? The package had the Florida address and was sent from Bogotá Columbia to the Dominican Republic!!! With the Florida address. I had them deliver it to me in Moca.
#5. I opened the package to find a Spanish Vista!! No use to me.
#6. I have tried all your options to get the correct copy. Both Microsoft and I are victims of the computer system that has not been programmed to ask what language and accept the address given regardless of the isp. I have talked to people everywhere with no success.
Solution

#1. Please listen to my problem. It makes sense if you read it carefully. The computer did as it pleased not as the customer desired.
#2. Contact me by e-mail; if you wish and ask any question you like or call me at 1-809-914-2561
#2 Please send to me the correct English version of Vista to repair the illegal copy which works correct but is not legal, and the appropriate codes.

I DID NOT ORDER SPANISH - THIS WAS CHANGED BY THE COMPUTER TO MATCH THE ISP NUMBER OF MY COMPUTER
