Microsoft Vista Windows 7 RPC problem - RPC Service

I trying to run RPC Server/Client using the following parameters:

ProtocolSequence=ncalrpc
Endpoint=pipe1

It's working on Windows up to XP, but fails with error 1780 on Windows Vista/Windows 7.

I compiled the attached IDL file with MIDL compiler version 5.01.0164 with the following options:
/char signed /win32 /align 1 /Oicf /robust /prefix all RPCSim32 winsim32RPC.idl

The error 1780(0x6F4) received - RPC_X_NULL_REF_POINTER (A null reference pointer was passed to the stub)
How to resolve it?
