My Maytag Neptune Washer has been broken for the 2nd time since December. I haven't been able to use it for a month! The service repair cannot figure out the problem and keep rescheduling me. I will NEVER buy another Sears product again and will NOT recommend them to anyone since their Service Dept support is horrible. There is no reason to have to wait 1 month (at least) to have a product of this price and size repaired.
