This issue is regarding Loan # xxxxxx7168 Cynthia (just to put a name on the loan) this ticket or complaint is regarding the poor customer service we have received by your subsidiary company EMC. Today we have spent over 6 hours trying to get answers regarding a Loan Modification. Your subsidiary company contacted us regarding a Loan Mod. Up to this point we have had zero corporation from them. The only thing we have received is bad attitudes and lie after lie. So I have decided to contact their parent company JP Chase in hopes of helping us resolve our issues. EMC has taken the attitude that we are working for them and not the other way around. Cynthia is a hard working single parent trying to keep her home which is why she applied for the loan modification. Your company was in receipt of some of the stimulus fund released by congress, all we are asking for is some assistance in modifying her home loan so she will be able to stay in her home neither one of us wants it to go into foreclosure. Let’s not forget your company contacted her. She has agreed to pay 867.50 per month (which she has paid every month) until her application was finalized one way or another, but all she has received in returned when inquiring the status of her application was bitter customer service. I do know one of the basic principles of any company seeking to make a profit was that customer relations be a staple of their business and marketing plan. We are at our wits ends in dealing with EMC (Alex Moreno in particular) and are coming to you for assistance. If you cannot help us, we will have to try other means in getting satisfaction. If this means contacting our congressmen or the media so be it. According to a search of EMC on the internet we wouldn’t be the first. I am not making any kind of threats but we are simply asking for some help in dealing with this unruly company and its employees. Your company being its parent should be in the position to correct such terrible customer service. We want to deal in good faith, but want to be treated fairly. If this ticket could be sent to a representative and we be contacted soon after it would go a long way in improving your customer service.
