My jewelry was stolen from the security area, which I believe could have been retreived if your employees had the password for your security video. I missed my flight and lost my anniversary gift from my husband. In addition, your employees at checkin told me I did not need a boarding pass for an infant, and then passed one security with no problem, only to be stopped by another one who wants to me to go out and get one and then pass through securuty again..
