This is regarding the LG Product Plasma TV (FLAT ) which was purchased just a year back . Just after completion on one year the problem started with the TV and now it is totally dead. Lodged a complaint and was being told that one of the part needs to be replaced. LG support executive confirmed that PCB needs to be replaced which will be costing around 6000 Rs. I would like to tell you here that this is the problem with the LG product, my friend has purchased the same TV and after one year the same problem was experienced. I would stress that we went for the LG product on the BRAND name and now today really feel frustrated getting LG product. LG being such a reputed firm how they can make such unreliable products. Needs someone’s attention on this urgently.
