It's been over a year since we ordered 3 magazines from you. One of them showed up a couple time. My order number is 318796. I've called no less than 6 times to try and get this matter resolved but have only been told I'll be contacted by a manager (which I never have) or I would get a refund which I never have. I want this resolved ASAP. This is totally unprofessional and I plan to spread the word heavily about the service I've received through you. It's been the worst I've ever had.
