To begin with when my daughter first signed up for TMobile they lost her payment. Repeatedly she had to drive 40 miles to the nearest store. Then she had to battle with the customer service on the phone who kept loosing the information that was faxed from the store which was payment proof. She had to continually battle to keep them from shutting her cell phone off when they had the payment already. At the time she signed up she also signed up for text messaging and the following month T-mobile blocked her text messaging after they had deducted it from her account. She made phone call after phone call to get them to fix the text messaging finally they stated it was blocked and they did not know why. Then her phone broke she replaced it. After they took the money out of her account for a replacement phone when hers was under warrenty she called them. T-mobile told her she would get the money back 10 days after they received her old phone back but to call them ASAP with a tracking number. The following day she called them with a tracking number again she was re-assured she would either be given a credit back to her checking account but if they had to they would send her a check but it would be 10 days after they received her phone. The phone was received on the 3rd of February. Today on February 6th we called to see where they refund was, they advised us she would not get a refund from the phone because policy states it must be received with in 7 days. When I inquired about a refund for the month of December when she did not have text messaging but was charged for it, they advised me that my daughter had called and blocked her own text messaging... THEY ARE THE BIGGEST RIP OFFS I HAVE SEEN. I am happy to say that I have also canceled my cell phone account. ATT CELL PHONE SERVICE MUCH BETTER. We will gladly go back to ATT.
