I ordered wrestling equipment for my son online at mywrestlingroom.com . Their ordering system is confusing and does not have a confirmation screen to double check shipping and billing addresses. My billing and shipping addresses were reveresed and I caught it when I received my email confirmation. I began trying to contact the company by phone and email to avoid my order being shipped to the wrong address. Two days later I recieved UPS tracking that my package was being sent to my billing address. It took another day & a half to finally speak with someone. It took over two weeks for my son to recieve his equipment. The latest response to my complaint was "We don't have control over UPS. The package was sent to the address listed." Lovely, no accountability or remorse.
