I am receiving calls from you specifically from 866 926 8937 I have tried repeatedly to get the people calling to understand they have a wrong number. These people are less than professional and the calls continue, 3 or more per day. I contacted your Customer service # 800 788 7000 on 2/10 was assured that the calls would stop. They have started again, today alone there were 4, however, when I answer the phone they hang up.

This is a collection arm of WAMU and they are attempting to collect back mortgage payments. They are calling me at 609 443 9674 which is an incorrect number I have no accounts w/you, and the individual they are looking for a Carol Pickering does not live here, I have never met her.

As I said on 2/10 this is harrassing and it is harrassing an uninvolved party. I need a response and assurance this has been fixed, or I am going to have take this issue to the Better Business Bureau and elsewhere.

I work from home and these calls are disruptive to my work!
