Other than wanting to return my HP products and warn others of the folly of buying such projects... I want to speak to an english speaking person who can help me to get my HP photosmart to talk to my new HP /touchsmart computer. I've spent hours .... and I mean hours being transferred, disconnected, told I have the wrong department, and then transferred. The favorite transfers is between desktop and printers. HP owes me hours of my life!!!
