You know the story no need to elaborate, just give me my $895 back!!!

Oh well I have a minute, so Ill sum it up, you took 445 to advertise, which I couldn't even find a single add when I looked, THEN you asked me to lower my rent, which we did and you still Didn't rent the place, then within a week of hiring my neighbor (who is NOT a property manager) my place was rented to qualified individuals, and YOU come up with the bright idea to charge me $895 and give me 5 business days to pay!!! GIVE ME MY MONEY BACK!!!!
