I had a repairman out to repair garage door opener.The repair cost more than a new garage door, but when he finished putting in a new gear he connected the opener to the door and then we heard a noise and the opener had bent the top panel of the garage door. I would like sears to repair this at their expense. I called the repair dept. and they referred me to garage door repair. There I was told they only give estimates, and I should call back to repair service. When I did that they gave me same number to call a complete run around.
