THEN WE SIT & SPIN WHILE WAITING TO BUY SOMETHING, ONLY THEN TO FIND THAT SOMEONE ELSE HAS PURCHASED IT. IT IS NOT MY COMPUTER, NOT MY INTERNET SERVICE - IT IS YOUR COMPANY'S ISSUE BECAUSE YOU ARE HIT WITH SO MANY PEOPLE GETTING ON YOUR SITE TRYING TO BUY ITEMS. YOU ARE WELL AWARE OF IT AND DO NOTHING TO FIX IT. I HAVE SENT TWO EMAILS TO YOUR CEO (NO REPLY) AND AN EMAIL TODAY TO YOUR PR DEPT (NO REPLY).
