I visited BK at Newport, TN on 08-19-09. I ordered a bacon-egg-cheese croissanwich and told the cashier that I had a .99 coupon. She informed me that the coupon was only good for what was pictured on it. It shows sausage but states ".99 Corissanwich (excludes Double Croissanwich. Available during breakfast hours only). IT SAYS CROISSANWICH!!!! I told her I had used them for BEC prior to today and she sent the manager (who was as rude as she was) to tell me the same thing. I left and went elsewhere. Neither of them cared if I left or not. I called the store later today to ask for the corporate phone number and they told me they don't have one. Imagine that!!!!! I called 866-425-4745 and it is totally automated AND there is no email link that I can find on their website. I guess maybe they don't really care either. My point......Why mail out coupons if you can't use them!!!!!
