My exhaust fan over the kitchen range has not worked correctly since it was put in. Repair came out once and ordered parts and set up another appt to put the new parts in. I asked them to call my cell # when they were about ready to come to my house and they never did call. Instead, they want me to wait at my house between the hours of 8 AM and 5 PM. I have a job. I can't do that any more than you could.
What is the problem with your repair service????
