Yes, my account had many pending charges, all processed on the same evening which resulted in 8 yes 8 overdraft charges in the amount of $279.76. But, a large deposit was made on the 13th, which was not included be
because it was made after their 2:00pm business day cut-off. Yes cut-offs due occur, but the deposit should have been taken into consideration. Covering the overdraft charges is called customer service when the customer is addressing the situation prior, but the charges were still assessed.
