Drivers not delivering to residence

Drivers leave packages tied to open front gate, and beside public arias which is on public road more than 350' from my home. UPS info notice left on another package tied to open front gate with no indication it was for a second package with signature required. Driver never came and REQUESTED a signature, 50% of deliveries are guilty of this kind of FAILURE to deliver.

I have complained twice to local station with no resolution, or even a feeling that they give a hoot!
