I was parked in front of the postal annex 601 East Palomar Street, Chula Visa CA 91911 at approximately 5 pm when i came out of the store a UPS truck was blocking me from getting out, next to me was another customer parked in the handicapped whom couldn't get out either, I gave the UPS driver eye contact and he returned the eye contact I then pleaced my car in reverse without moving it to let him know i needed to get out, he then looked at me and turned away and started talking to one of the postal annex employees or customer that was leaving the postal annex, he was asking her for her phone number, i then kindly asked him "sir can you please move your vehicle so i can get out" he then looked at me and continued his conversation with the female, after waiting a few minutes I decided to get out of the car and write down his truck information, on the side of the truck the number was 146094, towards the front was the number #26 and the front license plate is 8511565, he then made comments at me "well I never" then proceded to repeat "UPS stands for United Parcel Service", he repeated this a minimum of at least 3 times, I kept ignoring him, he then saw someone possibly a postal annex customer or employee walking by and shouts out to her "hey i'm getting in trouble" This is very unprofessional, I had an urgent matter and needed to get home as soon as possible and was not able to , the driver's attitude was cocky and rude. Please take care of this matter as soon as possible so it doesn't happen to anyone else. thank you very much.
