I contracted UPS to deliver a piece of furniture to my home in February of 2009. The furniture arrived damaged. UPS picked up the furniture for inspection, deeming the damaged was caused by insufficent packaging. The furniture was then shipped back to the original shipping location. The furniture costs $429. I was charged $197 for shipping. I don't have the furniture that I paid for. Shipper number 88T339, Tracking Number 1Z88T339P291416040
