I did not get any satisfaction from what was promised me about the baggage that was ruined. Personnel at the Las Vegas airport baggage claim department - rude and not very helpful. No one will take responsibility for damaged luggage, not TSA, nor United Airline. I never recieved the travel voucher that I was promised for my troubles either. This is not the first time this has happened when I have departed from Colorado Springs airport.
