I have purchased one of HP new Color all purpose Laserjet Printers/Copiers/Fax unit (CM2320nfMFP, CC436A).
I approached the "Help" sections of the printed manual and the internet help sections. Neither address the problems nor did they offer any solutions.
I contacted Customer Service for solutions to several problems that I believe can be quickly solved.
Customer Care was not even sure the product was HPs and transferred me to another department or line. The 24x7 customer service quickly became 8x7 and then a disconnect. This is after 30 min + on hold and navigating through menus to talk to a live person.
