I called for some information I saw on the website. When I was giving my name and what type of company I have, the lady immediately told me we do not work with that. I told her, let me explain better what I need, has nothing to do with the type of business i have, she then hang up on me...

I went and call again, again with the same operator, I told her, why did you hang up on me, she said we do not do what you want, so I said, but I haven't explain what I need let me tell you, then I hear she hang up on me again.

I felt discriminated, maybe I should have said I work in Disney -Microsoft, maybe then she would hear me. How can she assume with the business I do, was for I was looking for, beside eventhough I was with the wrong company, she should have hear me, and then explain me that they cannot work with me in that area or we do this and this.. maybe we can work maybe we can't.. but that's is why the operator is there to give information, no to hang up on people when they are trying to explain what they are looking for.

I am a normal person who shouldn't have treated like that... eventhough she hang up on me twice, I never called her back and insult her.
