I ordered a Bob Stroller on 1/16/09, received a call on 1/19/09 to confirm my order because it exceeded a certain dollar amount. It is now more than two weeks since I ordered the product and I have not received a shipping confirmation nor a status. I tried calling your customer service at around 8:30am Pacific Time. I was on hold for probably about 30 minutes before it forced me to leave a voicemail. At the same time I was trying to use your chat feature, but was eventually forced out of this as well after 30 minutes. Do you have customer service for your online orders? I'm starting to doubt you do and am very disappointed. And I did call during your customer service hours posted on your website.
