On 11/10/07 I left a small cuckoo clock at TimeKeepers for repair (ticket #8687.
Below is the list of times I have personally been in there to pick it up. The repairman (owner) says he will call me becasue he is unable to locate it. He never calls and is never able to find my clock.
I have asked since Dec08 to simply return it, un-fixed, and I will take it else where for repair. Still no action from the owner.
I started keeping track of my visits to the store to retrieve my clock.
They include: 11/16/07, 12/12/07, 2/1/08, 6/14/08; called 8/29 PM, 9/5/08, 12/18/08 AM, 2/7/09, 2/14/09, 3/2/09, 3/13/09.
That is at least 11 visits to get my clock.
It is valued at $250.
I prefer the clock be returned.
Can you get involved and work your magic at getting my merchandise returned to me please?
