Hi i am writing this against one of the technical representative. His name or psuedo name is Tammy Symmond. I contacted the HP support on 22nd of october in regards of the drivers. I informed the agent that i have installed the Windows XP on machine and not able to find some of the drivers for the machine, which is a simple question for a technician. But the tech was very rude and slow. He answered my questions after 4-5 minutes delay. After i tell him everything he asks me what is the operating system. And whwn i say him that he is not techy he says me to be professional. When i get in touch with his manager he is also the same way he is also slow and just says one thing in HP we respect out customer. Totally it was useless. I am pasting the complete chat transcript here which will let you know if i was improfessional.
