I visited the Cheese Cake Factory in Ontario Mills Mall, the service was very poor. I waited 1 hour for the food to be served and the waiters were unpleasant to me and my guest.
The manager supported my complaint and gave me a credit for the bill. I vist the resturants in the Redondo Beach & Marina Del Rey offten, the service is a
