I was fooled into ordering a "free" sample of Acai/Colotox for $2.95. I am angry at myself as well as this so called company. I was told the product would arrive in 2-3 business days, a month later it showed up. I was charged $29.95 on the 14th day of my trial period. I of course was not home when the package was delivered, thus the trial period was over before I ever even tried the product. I wrote the company and told them I want a refund ASAP and that they need to cancel my order. I just called and was able to get through in a matter of minutes; however, their system is down, for the second day in a row. I now have another charge for $38.95 pending on my account. Beleive me you I will be at the bank today cancelling my card and explaining what has happened. I have included the response, via email, from the "company", scam artists.
