On the 11th of July I visited the new Burger King in Lansing Kansas. I was standing at the counter waiting forervice. The employees were ignoring me as I waited about 5-10 min for service. Another lady came in and said the drive thru was to long and stepped up to the counter and said I am in a hurry.Now I had been waiting there for about 5-10 min. All of the employees including the manager had ignored me. As I brought this to their attiention and they still went to wait on the other customer. I think this store needs some customer servie and the manager replaced.
