Someone had told us around Sept 2008, that ATT offered TV,Phone, and Internet service bundled for 99 dollars, so, we did a search online and saw it offered and details, and decided to sign up.

After clicking on the online ad, it redirected to a service center called Whitefence, which takes orders for AT&T, and others, they were more than happy to take the order over the phone, but I suggest not signing up through them because once they take your order, chances are they will make errors and take no responsibility for correcting them, or resolving issues as I will explain.

The Customer Service rep that took the order, although she asked for credit card information and confirmed the info and address given, entered the wrong billing address and scheduled a technicians to wrong address the hook up the service...

Then they explained that the television would be hooked up by Dish Network for AT&T tech, and the telephone/Internet service would be set up by a AT&T phone tech, this was agreed to, as long as it was a bundled package on one AT&T bill.

When the hook-up date passed, we called and learned they had placed the order with the wrong address, and were then told the order had gone to AT&T, and needed to call them! Very frustrating after waiting so long on hold.

After multiple calls to AT&T, they finally found the problem and corrected the address, and the TV tech showed up, and installed the Dish network system, followed by an AT&T phone tech, who wired for phone service.

Last night, a message shows up on the TV, saying to call a billing department, then, the service turned off.

After waiting more than an hour on hold, both with White Fence and AT&T, Ive learned that AT&T didnt even have this under the correct bundle, and that Dish network wasn't paid by them! Well, that isn't my fault!

It is now January!

Why in the world Dish Network would install the system at my address, and not correct their billing or confirm the package it was ordered under is beyond me.

In my view they have gone back on their word, and not taking responsibility for their mistakes, or trying to correct them.

Since I never contacted Dish Network, I feel I should go through A&T to resolve this nightmare of incompetence....
