Did not honor price lock guarantee.Whole experience with them Is a joke.Commutation is also a joke.I am looking to replace all their services.
Bill went up last month ,I called and was told It was because we had an extra box,which we did not so he adjusted It ,then this month same thing,I called and was told phone went up because we were not on the price lock on phones just internet ,we were bundled on all phone,cable,and internet. I am going to call the local news channels,that take care of problems and then file a complaint with FCC.
