4th time my pc has crashed now my warranty is up and Dell wants to chg. me for a problem that exist with all window xp's. Dell knew/knows that this window xp has major issue the blogs, emails on the complaint are regarding windows xp....I will tell everyone how unreliable Dell laptops are and believe and know a lot of people. Also I refuse to speak on the phone for hours to fix my laptop again...
