I was issued a ticket number over the phone of #2741276. The guy told me Budget needs to review security tapes as to when the car was returned, since I'm being charged for an extra 7 days that I didn't have the car. I think they need to review Avis's security tapes as well, since that's the car line I was directed to go in when I returned the car on August 24. This is on my credit card and I want this handled immediately.
