I haver been a member for about 7 years now. I have six stars. I use all six every year. I have been to several resorts both inside and outside the US. I have never been disappointed at all. There was only one time that they couldn't get me where I wanted to go. In that case I gave them less than two months notice. I don't blame them for that. If someone is having problems with their membership it is likely due to the local people they are dealing with. I consider my Global membership the best money I have ever spent.
