Multmove Relocation Systems picked up my belongings on 11/9/08 and asked me to give them the first date I was available to receive my shipment, which was 12/13/2008. As of 12/8/2008 I contacted John, who'd initially taken my order and had assured me that they were a reputable organization who values its clients, to request that they give me as much notice as possible before the shipment arrived so I could request parking permits for the trucks. He told me that they would contact me when they were close, but I have not heard anything since then. On 12/21/08, I contacted Multmove and got through to a customer service representative who told me that she'd check on my move and get back to me, and I have not heard word back since. I sent an e-mail on 12/23/08 to John, copying customer service to request information about the arrival of my belongings, at which point they told me that delivery could be up to 21 days after my listed first date of availability. As of tomorrow, it will be well over 21 days since my first date of availability and two months since my belongings were taken. I sent additional e-mail messages but have not received a response and always get disconnected by their automated attendant every time I try to reach them via phone. I'm worried that they've lost my belongings. This has been a tremendous inconvenience for me, and I've been sleeping on a mat on the floor of my bedroom and living in clothes that were supposed to last two weeks, not two months.
