I received preliminary approval for my refinance on February 12th. It is now July 13th and I've heard nothing regarding my closing. My loan to value is 28%. This is the worst service I have ever experienced. Your television ads are a complete joke. I expect some adjustment to the 1.75% points I am paying on this refinance. I've already told maybe 50 people how inept these loan processors are and about my overall experience has been thus far with B of A. I wish some supervisor would personally call me so I can further vent. I'm sure I will not hear from anyone. If I was a B of A employee I would be embarrassed.
