I had 2 tv's with direct tv . The first the receiver went & instead of paying for the shipping- I cancelled. Now I am down to one Tv & the cable does not work - I have to wait 4 days for a service call & pay the fee for the remainder of the contract.I should have gone local- quicker service. Every time it rains I lose my service- the installer stated that would not happen. A while back I wanted HD - I was told it was $200 ( ridiculous price). Your company does not stand behind its equipment- all you care about is getting more money from service calls as you do not stand behind your equipment. Will NOT recommend to anyone.!!!
