I spent several hours and several dollars in June/July 2007 having my air conditioner worked on. Firestone ended up replacing my compressor. Now, not even two years later, they are telling me it needs to be replaced again for $700.

I didn't feel like the manager of the store (Mike) I went to wanted to assist.

I contacted the District Manager (Phil Gish), he was going to talk to Mike and call me back.
When I didn't hear back from either on, I tried to call Phil back. I was transferred to his voice mail. When I tried to call back to see if he was still in, no one would answer the phone.

So now I'm without an air conditioner and I'm upset about the way I was treated.
